The proposed approach
Since its creation, Consultancy International Services has set its goal to offer CEO's , Supervisers of CIO's and CIO's, very personnalised advices concerning management of new technologies applied to information systems within their enterprise.
Within the general framework of the personnal relationships built by Guy Le Péchon, consultant and main partner, each mission target is to bring solutions to a precise concern of the involved managers, and this under the necessary confidentiality.
This path is original due to the fact that, through a personalised approach, it permits CIS clients to benefit of the long experience of CIO and operational manager of the consultant and main partner, his relationships network and his independance.
For some missions, CIS gets some work performed under its responsability by other consultants to guarantee the needed ressources and competencies.
